At Aussie Christmas Co., we want you to feel confident in your purchase. Please read this Refund Policy carefully before placing your order.

Change of Mind

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.

All sales are considered final once processed, so please review your order carefully before completing your purchase.

Damaged, Faulty, or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, faulty, or incorrect, contact us as soon as possible at info@aussiechristmasco.com.au.

To be eligible for a return in these cases:

  • The item must be unused and in its original packaging
  • You must contact us within 14 days of receiving your order
  • Proof of purchase is required

Please do not send items back without prior approval. Once your return is approved, we will provide return instructions.

Items returned without approval will not be accepted and may be returned to sender.

Return Shipping

If your item is confirmed to be damaged, faulty, or incorrect, we will cover the cost of return shipping.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved, your refund will be processed to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund.

If it has been more than 15 business days since your return was approved and you have not received your refund, please contact us at info@aussiechristmasco.com.au.

This policy does not override your rights under Australian Consumer Law. You are entitled to a replacement or refund for a major failure and compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage.
