Change of Mind

We do not offer refunds or exchanges for change of mind.

Please review your order carefully, including product dimensions, specifications and quantities, before completing your purchase.

Damaged, Faulty or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order when it arrives. If you receive an item that is damaged, faulty, incorrect or otherwise does not meet the consumer guarantees that apply under Australian Consumer Law, please contact us at info@aussiechristmasco.com.au.

To help us assess the issue, we may ask you to provide:

• Your order number or other proof of purchase
• A description of the issue
• Photos or other reasonable evidence showing the fault, damage or incorrect item

Please do not return an item before contacting us. We will provide return instructions where a return is required.

Returns

If an item needs to be returned because it is faulty, damaged, incorrect or otherwise covered by your rights under Australian Consumer Law, we will provide appropriate return instructions.

Where we are responsible for the reasonable cost of returning an item under Australian Consumer Law, we will arrange or reimburse the applicable return shipping costs.

Refunds, Replacements and Other Remedies

The remedy available will depend on the circumstances and your rights under Australian Consumer Law.

For a major problem with a product, you may be entitled to choose a refund or replacement.

For a problem that is not major, we may be entitled to provide a repair or other appropriate remedy within a reasonable time.

Where a refund is approved, it will normally be issued to your original payment method. Please allow additional time for your bank or payment provider to process the refund after it has been issued.
