Shipping policy

1. Processing Time

Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 2–5 business days.

During peak periods, including promotions and the Christmas season, processing times may extend up to 7 business days.

Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be processed from the next business day.

2. Shipping Locations

We currently ship Australia-wide only.

We do not ship internationally, to PO Boxes, or parcel lockers.

3. Delivery Timeframes

Delivery timeframes are estimates and begin from the date of dispatch, not the order date.

Estimated delivery times:

  • VIC: 1–8 business days
  • SA: 2–9 business days
  • NSW & ACT: 3–10 business days
  • QLD & TAS: 3–11 business days
  • NT & WA: 4–15 business days

Delivery times may vary depending on location, courier availability, and peak periods.

Tracking details will be provided once your order has been dispatched.

4. Shipping Costs

We offer free standard shipping across Australia on all orders.

5. Remote & Restricted Areas

While we offer shipping across most of Australia, there are some remote, regional, and island locations where delivery is not currently available due to courier limitations.

If an order is placed to one of these locations, it will be cancelled and fully refunded.

Please refer to the postcode list below before placing your order.

6. Authority to Leave (ATL)

All deliveries are shipped with Authority to Leave (ATL) by default.

This allows the courier to leave your parcel in a safe place if you are not present.

If you prefer no ATL, please leave a note at checkout. Additional delivery attempts or fees may apply.

7. Delivery Conditions

  • Deliveries are made Monday to Friday, excluding public holidays
  • Orders may arrive in multiple shipments
  • Couriers may leave parcels in safe locations at their discretion
  • Apartment deliveries are made to the ground floor only
  • Properties with difficult access may receive delivery to a safe accessible point

8. Address Accuracy

Customers are responsible for providing accurate shipping details.

Aussie Christmas Co. is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect addresses.

Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to make changes.

9. Tracking

You will receive a tracking link once your order has been dispatched.

Tracking updates may not always appear in real time depending on the courier.

10. Order Changes & Cancellations

If you need to update your order, contact us immediately:

We can only make changes before dispatch.

Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled or modified.

11. Damaged, Lost or Missing Items

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, contact us within 48 hours with photo or video evidence.

Missing Items

Please check around your property and with neighbours before contacting us.

Lost in Transit

Investigations for lost items can begin 30 days after dispatch.

If confirmed lost, we will offer either:

  • A replacement, or
  • A full refund

12. Undeliverable or Returned Orders

If a parcel is returned to us due to:

  • Incorrect address
  • Failed delivery attempts
  • Rejection by receiver

We will contact you to arrange re-delivery. Additional shipping charges may apply.

13. Undeliverable Postcodes

Due to carrier and delivery network limitations, we are unable to service certain remote, regional, and island locations across Australia.

Orders placed to the listed postcodes will be cancelled and fully refunded.
